Question 1

How long does delivery take?

Accepted Answer

Inside Dhaka orders are usually delivered in 1–2 business days. Outside Dhaka it takes 2–5 business days depending on your location.

Question 2

Do you offer cash on delivery?

Accepted Answer

Yes! Cash on delivery is available across Bangladesh. You can also pay online via bKash, Nagad, or card at checkout.

Question 3

What is your return policy?

Accepted Answer

You have 7 days from delivery to request a return, as long as the bottle is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging. See our Returns & Refunds page for the full details.

Question 4

How long will an attar or perfume last on my skin?

Accepted Answer

Longevity depends on the concentration and the wearer's skin. A concentrated attar or oud oil usually lasts 6–10 hours on skin, while a well-made EDP holds for 5–8 hours. Applying to pulse points — wrists, neck, behind the ears — makes the trail last longer.

Question 5

How should I store my attar or perfume?

Accepted Answer

Keep the bottle away from direct sunlight, heat, and humidity — a cool, dark drawer is ideal. Stored well, a pure attar can mature and deepen over years; sprays generally stay at their best for 2–3 years after opening.

Question 6

Are your attars and ouds authentic?

Accepted Answer

Every bottle we carry is sourced directly from the maker or an authorised distributor. We batch-check every shipment before it goes on the shelf, and each order ships with the seal intact.

Question 7

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

Accepted Answer

Reach out to our support team as soon as possible. If the order hasn't been packed yet, we can update or cancel it. Once it's handed to the courier, changes aren't possible.
